When Pat meets Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence), she offers to help him reunite with his wife in exchange for doing something very essential for her.

Mystic Pizza

Donald Petrie directed the 1988 American coming-of-age film Mystic Pizza. Julia Roberts, Lili Taylor, and Annabeth Gish feature in this romantic movie. The movie tells the story of three sisters who work at a pizzeria in Mystic, Connecticut, and explore their teenage sexuality.

Someone Great, a Netflix rom-com based on a young woman (Gina Rodriguez) who heads out for one last wild night with her BFFs before leaving town for a new job, thrives in a zone somewhere between a love story and a wild-night-out comedy. Oh, and her seven-year-long lover just dumped her. The lover in question is played by LaKeith Stanfield, who is in peak charming form, and their chemistry is wonderful, keeping you engrossed in their romance even though you know it's over. While this is a narrative about heartbreak, it is also a story about one of the strongest relationships known to female friendship. There's plenty of comedy in this one, but it's Rodriguez and Stanfield's chemistry that gives it heart and soul.

Set it Up

If you're looking for a charming lighthearted comedy but don't want to watch something from a previous decade for the seventeenth time, you should check out Claire Scanlon's lovely, ‘Set It Up’. The story concerns two overworked coworkers (Zoey Deutch and Glen Powell) who decide to set up their bosses (Lucy Liu and Taye Diggs, respectively) in order to divert some of their valuable additional energy away from their demanding jobs. Despite this, they begin to surrender to one another as a result of their plotting. You can see the rom-com beats coming a long time in advance, but they're executed so brilliantly that you won't be concerned. Furthermore, the film sizzles, thanks to outstanding performances from Deutch and Powell, who should be the streaming age's Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks.

Sleepless in Seattle

Following the death of Sam Baldwin's better half, Maggie, he and his child, Jonah, relocate from Chicago to Seattle for a change of pace. In any event, when Jonah notices that Sam (Tom Hanks) is still despondent, he decides to take charge of his father's affected life. He contacts Dr. Marcia, a well-known radio personality, on Christmas Eve and tells her that his father needs to find a wife. Soon, letters start coming in from all across the country, and Annie Reed, a well-connected Baltimore columnist, sends one of them. She offers that they meet on Valentine's Day at the top of the Empire State Building. Rita Wilson, Tom Hanks' real-life wife, also appears in this film.

A Walk to Remember

Based on Nicholas Sparks' second novel published in 1999, A Walk to Remember is a love story between two teenagers. Landon Carter is the popular guy in school, who develops feelings for Jamie during his community service activities. Soon, he realizes that things are not as simple as he might have first thought.

Stranger than Fiction

The movie ‘Stranger than Fiction’ is a story of Harold Crick, an IRS auditor who is assigned to audit the accounts of a successful and well-known author. As he pores through her books, he discovers that though she writes fiction, there are many things about the woman's life that mirror her characters' lives in some eerie ways. While this seems like something straight out of a horror movie at first, it's actually quite intriguing. So much that Harold cannot help but pursue his curiosity.

The Bridges of Madison County

Even the toughest nut will cry at the end of this 1995 thriller starring Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwood. The film is based on the 1992 book of the same name about Francesca Johnson, an Italian-foreigner housewife in Iowa in the 1960s who meets and falls passionately in love with a wandering National Geographic photographer. Clint Eastwood also directed the film, in which he starred as the dapper mysterious Robert Kincaid from Washington state. Streep has an Italian intonation with a tiny Iowan lilt that will make you want to quit doing anything since she’s just so perfect.

Let it, Snow

If you're in the need of some lighthearted sentiment, Netflix's Let It Snow, a romantic comedy that finds a progression of covering romance storylines on one game-changing Christmas-season day off, is a bit of a Love Actually for the young set.

It's a beautiful picture from beginning to end, with a focus on high school friendship and homegrown battles as well as blossoming affections, and it's packed with fantastic performances from a talented ensemble of young comers.
